Children & Family Sessions
£55 per session
45 minutes
For therapeutic work with children and younger people, including sessions involving parents or carers where appropriate.
Individual Psychotherapy
£60 per session
50 minutes
For older young people and adults.
Couples & Family Work
£75 per session
60 minutes
For couples and family work, including work involving older young people and their families.
Clinical Supervision
£112.50 per session
90 minutes
Clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists and other practitioners working with children, young people and adults.
ASGSF Commissioned Work
£100 per hour
Therapeutic work commissioned through the Adoption and Special Guardianship Support Fund (ASGSF) is charged at a flat rate of £100 per hour for eligible commissioned activity, including direct therapeutic work, review meetings and reports.
Commissioned work with children and families affected by developmental trauma and disrupted attachment often requires considerable additional professional time outside direct therapeutic contact. This may include detailed preparation and reflection, liaison and correspondence with professionals, and additional consideration within clinical supervision.
We do not charge separately for this additional administrative and professional time. Our flat hourly rate reflects the additional complexity and demands associated with providing this specialist work.
The overall structure and cost of an intervention will be agreed with the commissioning service.
