I’m Annette Brown. I qualified as a facial reflexologist and Zone Face Lift practitioner with Ziggie Bergman in 2018 having been a qualified Reflexologist since 2004. From the first moments training in facial reflexology with Ziggie I felt an incredible sense of wellbeing, which lasted for days and I knew that this is what I wanted to do for others. I went on to learn The Zone Facelift treatment which is an extraordinary treatment that helps to lift the face and spirit naturally. I am a registered member of the Association of Reflexologists.
What is facial reflexology?
Facial reflexology is a little like facial acupuncture without the needles. It is non-invasive and targets reflex (pressure) points on the face. By stimulating the reflexes the aim is to balance and relax the whole body. Treatments promote a soothing response and provide wellbeing benefits. Treatments range from 30 minutes to 50 minutes and can help to relieve the symptoms of migraine headaches, sinus congestion, insomnia.
Treatments range from £25.00 for 30 minutes to £40.00 for 50 minutes.

ZFL is a bespoke entirely customised treatment to best serve your needs, with reviews in Tatler and You magazine, Daily Mail and Sunday Express. You can choose to have a single treatment or book a programme of weekly treatments to optimise results. The programme includes guidance for selfcare rituals to maintain results at home.
A single treatment is £65 and a course of 12 is £650, includes two free treatments and free jade sculpting tool worth £35.00.
Please note I have not received further training for pregnancy and I am unable to offer a treatment if you are pregnant. If you have had botox or fillers it is important to wait 6 weeks before receiving a treatment.
